- Exclusive Breastfeeding: till 6 month of age only breastfeeding should be given , no any artificial feed nor any other feed should be given
- Weaning: it is also known as complementary feeding, after 6 month of age baby should be introduced with another food such as semi liquid, semi solid etc. along with the breast milk
